Hayle Towans Beach

This expanse of beach is what makes up most of Hayle's '3 miles of golden sand'. At low tide all the Hayle beaches join up to provide an impressive stretch of sand popular with sand yachts and kite buggies.
Despite being directly in front of a substantial caravan the beach is so vast that it very rarely gets crowded.

Sep 09th 2020Magnificent strech of sandy beach, great surf at Gwithian. Lots of great rock pools and sandy pools left when the tide goes out. These pools are mostly shallow and warm up in the sun. Great for beachcombing too. Fabulous sunsets. Overall a fantastic place.
