Bamaluz - surfing

Bamaluz is home to one of St Ives' best "secret spots" - The Breakwater.
When it breaks (which isn't that often) the wave is a long walling left hander breaking in front of Smeaton's Peir.
It needs a pretty big northerly swell to work but can handle winds right round to west-northwest. On the down side when it works well, it attracts big crowds and it can be really difficult to get a wave
