By Scillies standards Cove Vean isn't far off the beaten track. In fact last time I was there on a sunny day in mid-August there were five other people on the beach. But then again that was the height of summer!

The beach at Cove Vean is a real gem. Tucked away on the sheltered eastern side of St Agnes the beach is safe for swimming and snorkelling; however, like all of Scilly, there is no lifeguard cover. If you don't fancy a swim there is plenty of exploring to be done along the shoreline.
