Progo Beach - West Cornwall

Small, pretty much unknown beach with interesting rock arch, close to the end of the Cot Valley. A little sand and large flat rocks suitable for sunbathing.

Directions: Take Cot Valley road from St Just in Penwith and park in car park at the end of the road. A short walk down to the beach which is adjacent to Porth Nanven
