Famous as the place from which the first Trans-Atlantic radio signal was sent in 1901. A popular sandy beach in a pretty location. There are lovely coastal walks with spectacular views around the cove.directions: Take the Mullion turning off the main Helston-Lizard road and continue to Poldhu.
